Skin Care

When it comes to skin care, it’s not always easy to find one’s way when it comes to knowing how to pamper our pretty face. With all the external aggressions such as pollution and the sun or simply with the stress of everyday life, our skin is not always as beautiful as we would like.
The application of a simple day cream cannot assure you a perfect skin texture. We are mostly unaware of what products to use, and then, in what order and how should they be applied? So how do you regain flawless skincare? Do not panic! Here are some skin care tips and tricks to have excellent facial health.

Choose a suitable routine

To fight daily against imperfections, it is important and even essential to adapt your beauty routine to your skin type and your problems. The first thing to determine is, therefore, whether you have combination, oily, or dry skin, then focus on further details.

Face massage

Keeping the epidermis in good health amounts to bringing it more tone. The practical technique to relax the features, prevent wrinkles, and brighten the complexion? Self-massage of the face. When applying cream in the morning or at night, use your thumbs to stimulate micro-circulation all over your face.

Leave no area

The skin does not age in the same way in all areas of the face. The eye area, the neck, or the Cupid’s arch (between the nose and the mouth) have a thinner skin than elsewhere, which therefore requires more attention.

Never miss the makeup removal step

Makeup removal is a step to never skip in your beauty routine! It allows the skin to breathe better without clogging up with the impurities accumulated during the day.

Adapt your diet

The impact of food on the skin is no longer to be proven. But between the repeated snapshots between friends and the advice given by the grandmothers, we no longer know where to turn. The first advice to follow is simple: drink plenty of water (and reduce your alcohol consumption as much as possible).
On the fridge side, eat raw vegetables without moderation because they contain the essential combination of vitamins and fibers.

Using natural methods

Cosmetics are not the only beautiful skin agents. Natural enthusiasts swear by a few ingenious ingredients that would work wonders for the beauty of the dermis. At the top of their list: vegetable oils. From hazelnut oil, from olive to that (rarer) of prickly pear seeds, they would act as beauty masks on our face. Another exceptional ingredient is aloe vera. In juice cure or pure gel, it hydrates, softens, and even plumps!

Protect your skin from the sun

In summer, the sun seems to us like obvious aggression for the skin. But it is not only this season that we should be wary of it. Throughout the year, the skin must be protected with an effective SPF. UV rays are indeed hazardous for the dermis and accelerate its aging. Inevitably, we adapt the protection according to the exposure, but we should keep in mind that it is indeed essential.

Key to skin care!

Do you think it is enough to moisten your face with a little water to start the day or go to bed without removing your makeup?? Think again! These bad practices rather favor the appearance of imperfections, can clog pores, dull the complexion and even accelerate the aging of the skin! By adopting a good diet and skincare routine, you can preserve the health and beauty of your skin. So why go without it?
