  • Fruits and vegetables: at least five servings a day( ½ cup cooked, canned or chopped raw, ½ one small fruit/vegetable, ½ cup juice)
  • Milk: ¾ cup milk or yogurt or ¾ ounce of cheese
  • Meat: 1-3 tablespoons of lean beef, chicken or fish, 4-5 tablespoons of dry beans and peas and one egg
